Breakfast:Chia pudding with strawbeery Jam

0 comentários
Hey there! So I was yesterday trying to think in something to do in today's breakfast when I saw a video from the channel I could kill for a desert, for you guys that don't it's a website from a confectioner called Daniele Noce, and she teached how to make a chia pudding with coconut milk and raspeberry jam so I adapted the recipe and the result were great!

Ingredients

For the pudding:
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of soy milk
1/4 cup of yogurt
A few drops of vanilla extract ou vanilla beans

For the jam:
5-6 strawberries
1/2 tspn of agar-agar
2 tbsp of any kind of sweetner(honey, agave, refined sugar, demerara sugar)
1 cup of water

Instructions:

For the jam, mixture the agar-agar with the water in medium heat until boil. When it boils let sit for about 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat. Mash the strawberries and add to the agar-agar with the sweetner and mix until everything is all combine.

The agar agar it's a natural gelatine made from algues and it's really healthy. Then sit the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes.
To make the chia pudding mix all of ingredients in a jar and guys seriously LET'S BURN SOME FAT shake it well and sit for 10 minutes.
Then all you need is find some cute jar, bowl or you can be a little fancy like me lol

Have great day!

Spiced banana and Plum overnight oatmeal

0 comentários
Hello sweeties! How are you?So yeah.. another oatmeal recipe, I know,i know but in the week I don't have time to make pancakes, smoothies or porridge in the morning, because my class start at 07:00 a.m so I have to be quick .But in my defense I need to say how wonderful this oatmeal taste, really guys this recipe will now in my morning oatmeal recipes. It's not simples, requires a bit of time but the results are fantastic!Guys I need to explain something,I live in Brazil and fruits like raspberries, blueberries, plums, kiwis, pomegranates are really expansive and a bit hard to find because guess what? It's a tropical country, it's hot like a oven here even in the winter, i live in the south and now we're are close to start the spring and today is doing 32ºC!(in the summer this temperature it's considered normal/slightly cold)So this kind of autumn/winter fruits don't adapted well and they get bad really quickly. BESIDES of that yesterday I went to the grocery store and i'm having cravings for eating plums and kiwis in the breakfast and I bought some of them and I'll be posting these days some recipes with tropical fruits and veggies (because is more cheap here) and with fruits and
veggies more exotic.

Ingredients
1/4 cup of oats(organic,rolled,fine oats)
1/4 cup milk(soy,rice,almond)
1 tbsp of chia seeds - optional-
1/4 of yogurt(greek,planted based)
Cinnamon and nutmeg
1 plum
1 banana
Raisins and granola-optional-

Instructions
In a bowl add the oats, milk chia seeds and the yogurt and mix well. Mashed the banana and add and mixture again until forms a really thick and creamy texture and add the spices. Now that the base is formed you can finish in two ways: 1. Leave like this and just put the sliced plum on top or 2. you can alternate plums and the oatmeal making layers in a mason jar. This way will be more pretty and fun to eat. I was too lazy last night so I just chopped and mixture in this lovely bowl.

Leave in the fridge for ate least 4 hours or overnight and in the next morning topped with some seeds, fruits, granola and add more of spices if you like.

Have a lovely day guys

SUPREME RAW CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

0 comentários
Hello lovely people.. So today is sunday and i'm having more time to cook and relax and i make this supreme raw chocolate brownies with chocolate chips and the best they1re sugar free, gluten free, dairy free, quick to make and the best FUDGE! I'm obsses with fudge brownies but the regular recipe is full of eggs, fat and sugar so i wanted to make a recipe close to the regular brownies and keep them fudge too...

    Ingredients:  (Make 6 medium squares)
1 cup of walnuts
1/3 cup of dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp of oil
(cocunut oil will be the best in this case but you can use canola oil)
1/2 of chocolate chips
Instructions
Soak the walnuts in the water for at least 4 hours or overnight, chopped the dates(if they're to harden you can soft them in the water for 30 min) and the cocoa powder, put in the food processor and pulse until you get a creamy consistency, add the remaining ingredients and pulse until is everything is combine. Put the batter in a pan and chilled them in the fridge for at least 2 hours or 30 min. in the freezer. Cut in squares, or you can use cookie cutters to make in different shapes that will become really cute brownies.
For this recipe I recommend to use a fake bottom baking sheet, to make more easy to take off the brownies.
If you don't have a food processor, and you want to make this in a blender, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water to make it easy to blend.

They were extremely photogenic right?
Note: At the end of this posting they've all been eaten.
Have a lovely day

Hello my darlings! How are you? Guys I'm really tired because in a few days my school exames begin and NOO I DON'T WANT THIS , do you guys go to gym frequently? Well I'm trying to change my lifestyle of fangirling foodaholic girl who spends ALL DAY & NIGHT in front of my computer watching series and movies and etc.. So I started the gym and, seriously i'm dying, gym is killing me! After the gym I went to my home and I was so tired that i just wanted to take a shower, eat something and DIE sleep. This is normal to happen?(Maybe i can be allergic to exercises bwahahaha just kidding).
So because of my busy days and the gym, I've been in need of some pleasure in the morning, and what better pleasure than chocolate, like Lin from the blog So fine was the morning(If you don't know her,you must follow her on instagram she's so cute and her recipes are super yummy!) says ''Chocolate is the new cocaine'' and oh my God she's totally right, this oatmeal is really quick, creamy and easy to make.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of soy milk (use the milk that you prefer)
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1 tbsp of unsweeted cocoa powder

Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and set in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. In the morning it's just chop some fruits(strawberries are really cheap now so i'm using them a lot) and I sprinkle a little bit of this gorgeous honey granola.
(If you like your oatmeal even more creamy you can add 1/2 a cup of greek yogurt.)

Have a lovely day
